Providers may request a consultation from Aegis based on lab results like PCR or PGx, or patients with complex medication regimens.
Requirements
Simply provide a PDF of the patient's chart and any relevant clinical comments for context and submit HERE.Please, include a comment requesting the review and attestation the patient has been informed. Share active diagnoses, medications, labs, and notes.
Billing
lease include the patient's insurance information in the submitted pdf. If no insurance is provided, we will reach out to the patient via mail to confirm. Cash pay rates are available upon request for patients without active insurance.
TAT
For poly-pharmacy and PGx reviews, our recommendations are returned within 1-2 business days (often same day). For antibiotic streamlining cases with cultures and/or PCR/NGS infectious disease test results, we return those within 4 hours (usually < 2hrs).
